This is the home of The National Arena Junior Swimming League.
The League's Origin
The League was created in 2021 following the challenges of Covid so was moved from the conventional face-to-face galas to each club completing each round in their training slots. This overcame safeguarding issues and also eliminated expensive hire costs and expensive travel costs. The athletes were also not subjected to long journeys to a gala and getting home very late. The League provides a top-class competitive league for junior athletes.
Discussions with Solo Sports, the sole importers to the UK of the arena brand of swimwear, led to them agreeing to sponsor The National Arena Junior Swimming League.
The League is just starting its fifth season and groups of clubs have reverted to conventional galas and are managing to get together locally and run face-to-face galas which are also licensed.
After each round a national league table is produced by the creation of a virtual gala of all the competing teams, so that the teams can see their position nationally. After round three the league table also decides on the top eight teams who can be invited to a face-to-face final after the summer break.

The latest combined standings are in following an exciting second round of racing! π
Congratulations to every swimmer, coach, volunteer, and club who competed this weekend. The competition remains incredibly close, with just one round left before the final standings are decided.
A special congratulations to Chelsea & Westminster SC, who currently lead the table on 4,427 points, with Camden Swiss Cottage SC and Guildford City SC Green Team rounding out the top three.
